Jihad holds a master’s degree in social studies from Birzeit University. With a background in implementing innovative educational programs, he has excelled as the CEO of The Palestinian Initiative for Supporting Students (Esnad). He initiated impactful programs addressing poverty through education while encouraging youth empowerment via scholarships and volunteerism. His achievements include the Ashoka Award for Social Innovation and the Takreem Award for Innovation in Education.

Rawan holds a bachelor’s degree of English Literature and Translation from Birzeit University. She has six years of experience in projects management in the education field. She dedicates her knowledge and experience to advocate for the rights of children, women, and youth to have quality education based on the values of equality and justice to ensure that no one is left behind.

Sadeem holds a bachelor’s degree of English Literature and Translation from Birzeit University. She has knowledge in Administration, Procurement and Human Resources in multiple NGOs aiming to provide quality education, protection and healthcare to children.
